How much time do I need to devote to the program?
- Customized Program- that will be up to you
- Sport Program- 4 days/ week
Do I need any special equipment?
- All programs will be customized to the equipment you have at hand.
Is it only online?
- Yes, for the most part but we do still offer in person, 1 on 1's if you reside in Maine.
What if I need help?
- If you have a customized plan you will have full support via call, text, email, etc. whenever you need it. We design the programs so you can do everything on your own, on your own time, but of course we will be there if you need us!
- If you have a sports specific plan, you can email our support team who will get back to you as soon as possible under the Contacts philosophy!
How do the sport programs work?
- The sport specific programs are PDF style, that upon purchase, are downloadable and ready to be used. It's all functional training specific to that sport. e.g. your basketball functions are different than your golf. So basketball would contain more more overall strength training, where to golf we would just be strengthening the load of the swing. This is for you to take and kill on your own. All video examples of each exercise will be provided with a free nutrition guide for optimal performance.
