I graduated with my BSN in nursing in 2022 and still work as a nurse, but my desire to help people live healthier, fuller lives is what pushed me toward nutrition coaching. I love helping others build habits that actually fit their real life—without extremes or guilt. My goal is to make nutrition feel supportive, realistic, and sustainable so you can feel stronger both inside and outside the gym. Outside of the gym, I’m usually experimenting with new recipes, getting active outside, or convincing people that eating enough actually matters.
