Ethan Tardif is a coach at PRIME360 and a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Bates College, where he works with collegiate athletes to support performance, durability, and long-term development. His coaching philosophy centers on structured training, clear systems, and sustainable habits that translate beyond the gym. Ethan brings experience across athlete development, personal training, and performance coaching, working with populations ranging from youth and collegiate athletes to adults in the general fitness setting. At PRIME360, he designs and leads strength and conditioning programs, coaches one-on-one and small-group sessions, and applies data-informed methods — including velocity-based training — to enhance strength and power when appropriate. Prior to PRIME360, Ethan worked as a personal trainer and health coach at Dirigo Fitness in Falmouth, creating individualized programs, leading group training sessions, and supporting clients through long-term health and behavior change. His background also includes time as a student strength and conditioning coach at Saint Joseph’s College of Maine, where he assisted with training operations and worked closely with multiple varsity programs. Ethan holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Sports Performance & Leadership from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine, an associate degree in Exercise Science from Central Maine Community College, an MBA in Leadership, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist® (CSCS).
