Coach Race

My name is Race Bouchard and I consider myself a human movement specialist.

My involvement with Prime360 started in high school when BJ Grondin came to coach the baseball team at Edward Little. I was a junior at the time and enjoyed the workouts and movements he put us through. During my senior year I suffered a shoulder injury during football season that would impact my baseball career. It set me back and ruined my hopes of playing baseball in college.

When I graduated from Edward Little in 2017, I enrolled in the exercise science program at Husson university with the intention of rolling over into the physical therapy program. The intention shifted as my education continued. I missed playing baseball and being a competitor so after my first semester I talked to the track and field head coach and asked for a spot on the team. Luckily I was given the chance to prove myself and live up to my name. I went from baseball player to sprinter and it was the best decision I had ever made.

I excelled at my craft and quickly became a leader on the team and I began to realize physical therapy might hold me back. I wanted to be the person someone could count on to lead them to their finish line, not just someone who could get you back to normal. I wanted to be a coach.

When it was time to find field work I contacted BJ asking for an internship. I remembered the things he taught me back in high school and the energy and his command on the field and that’s what I wanted to be. I graduated in 2021 and started with Prime360 in 2022. I believe this is where I belong. Prime360 is a team of coaches who are eager to help others achieve their goals and I fit right in.

Lets change your life!
