Terms and Conditions:
By signing up, users consent to receive appointment/scheduling updates and promotions run by PRIME360.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to {support email address or toll-free number}.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

PRIVACY POLICY:
"No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.”
Studio Policies
At PRIME360 we are striving to offer you the best possible experience through movement. We hold ourselves at a high standard of program development and coaching. We ask that you, as our client, give us your best effort as well so we can reach your goals together.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance or the session will be forfeited.
Attire
On the gym floor we expect no outside sneaker or shoes and that you wear athletic clothing to allow freedom of movement. During an assessment you may be asked to go barefoot to properly see the foot's reaction into the ground, if this is uncomfortable for you please inform us ahead of time. During movement therapy sessions you may be asked to wear minimal clothing, please do not wear long pants or long sleeve shirts. If under 18, we ask that a parent or guardian is present.
FACILITIES:
We offer 2 locations: Auburn, ME and Portland, ME. Services may vary at each location as well as cost.
MEDICAL CONCERNS:
As with any "exercise" program, please be sure your doctor approves and recommends a movement program for you health condition if applicable. We offer services that unique in the industry and if your medical care provider has questions, we would love to connect with them.
